As with the contract signing, the company communicates with the employee about the dismissal 1 to 3 months in advance, during which the employee can have face-to-face communication with the employer (CEO/CHR), but please note that no management level has the power to dismiss (including HR) and only has the right to request.
Compensation: According to the legal regulations of multiple countries, after the dismissal, the employee will be paid one month of the dismissed month SAC for each working year (208 working days) in the company within 14 days.
Example: Worked 2149 working days (10 years), dismissed month SAC is 100 compensation.
