Calculated Salary (SAC) and Salary (Basic Salary), when signing the contract, you will see the salary offered by Company. This is the Basic Salary, as discussed during the interview.
Company will adjust your salary dynamically based on the WFA evaluation. The adjusted salary is called Calculated Salary (SAC), and it is used in all other documents.

Please note that to be fair to every hard-working employee, the WFA evaluation is the average of the subjective evaluation results from all WFAs. Also, the WFA evaluation value is reduced by 5% until the AI training is fully completed.Please note that this WFA Evaluation, is not a WFA "Qualification" Evaluation.
The following data are all from 1 to 10 points (no decimals):
The scoring criteria are as follows:
- Contribution Degree: (Percentage of code submission quantity (same period) (rounded percentage) + meeting idea proposal and WFA subjective score) / 2
- Excellent Code Submission Quantity: (AI calculates the number of modified lines (rounded percentage)
- WFA subjectively scores whether the code function setting and thinking are excellent) / 2
- Attitude: Subjectively scored by WFA
- Target Task Completion: Subjectively scored by WFA
- Secondary Task Completion: Task level (will be explained when published) (1-5) + distance from deadline (5 points before 50%, 4 points before 75%, 3 points before 80%, 2 points before 90%, 1 point before 100% (deadline))
Based on the above scoring, the highest (all 10 points) is 220 points, the lowest (all 1 point) is 4 points (all 1), and the middle (all 5 points) is 60 points.
