About WFA
WFA stands for Workflow Aider, and below I will introduce the responsibilities of WFA to you.
- Evaluate work, evaluate the work efficiency, work attitude and work ability of each employee. And fill in your scores for each employee in the grading table once a month. The salary of each employee will be calculated based on the average score.
- Assist work, assist DryPeng’s management and operation, and communicate and deal with any problems when employees have any questions. If you cannot decide on the problem, you can consult with multiple WFAs or communicate with me.
Please note that WFA cannot:
- Bully employees, including but not limited to, giving low scores, not providing help.
- Deceive superiors, including but not limited to, not reporting employee status to senior staff.
I wish you all WFA happy work, the management will conduct a WFA evaluation every three months, if you fail to pass, you will lose the WFA qualification and have to wait for the next WFA evaluation.
